1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and x000 ("the Platform," "we," "us"), accessible at x000.ws. By creating an account on x000 or by accessing any part of the platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, Aviator, Roulette, or any other product — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2Eligibility & Registration

Operating multiple accounts is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person. x000 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

x000 may at any time request that you complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). This may require you to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Verification is typically required before processing withdrawals above a set threshold. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.3 Account Currency

All x000 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. x000 does not accept accounts in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on the platform.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that shows no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. x000 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the remaining balance. 4Deposits & Payments

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your x000 wallet immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers are typically credited same-day during banking hours. Card deposits are subject to standard payment processing timelines. x000 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. x000 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching your registered details may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to verified x000 account holders. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. x000 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.

5.2 Processing Times

x000 targets the following processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals — within minutes of approval; NayaPay and SadaPay — within 1 hour; Bank IBFT — same business day for requests submitted before 4 PM PKT; Visa/Mastercard — 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Once the wagering requirement is met, the converted real money can be withdrawn normally. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Right to Delay

x000 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 5 business days if additional security or verification checks are required. Players will be informed of any such delay and provided with a reason where possible.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Bonus Abuse

6.5 Bonus Expiry

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on x000 are subject to acceptance by the platform. x000 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed for any reason — including technical error or odds feed disruption — are void.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on x000 is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market type, and account history. 7.3 Obvious Errors

However, if a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error — x000 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to player accounts. "Palpable error" includes odds that are materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed.

7.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. For cricket, official results are those declared by the ICC, PCB, or relevant board. For football, official results are those declared by FIFA, UEFA, or the relevant national federation. Results declared after a certain time post-event by the relevant authority may be considered final for settlement purposes.

7.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time or unless specific settlement rules for that event type state otherwise.

8Live Betting

x000 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, football, tennis, hockey, and other sports. Live markets update in real time as events progress. The following rules apply specifically to live betting on x000:

• Odds shown in the live betting interface are indicative and may change between the time you click an odds button and the time your bet is confirmed. If the odds change during the brief submission window, x000 will notify you and give you the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• x000 may suspend live markets at any time during an event — for example, during wickets, goals, injury stoppages, or VAR reviews — and bets placed during a suspension period are void.
• Live streaming is provided for information purposes. x000 does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming and is not liable for disruptions. The score and situation shown in the live widget may be slightly delayed from the actual event.

9Casino & Live Casino

9.2 Technical Malfunction

If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters related to game mechanics only. 10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x000 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or participating in any scheme to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any event.
• Arbitrage betting at scale: Systematic arbitrage designed to exploit odds discrepancies across platforms at a scale that constitutes abuse of x000's pricing.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to operate your x000 account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Bot and automation use: Using software, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any feature of x000.
• Money laundering: Using x000 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to obscure their origin. x000 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent payment methods: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an x000 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been used on x000.
• Harassment: Using the x000 platform or its support channels to harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users.

11Suspension & Account Closure

x000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Suspected account sharing or multiple account operation
• Failure to complete required identity verification
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion)
• As required by applicable law or regulatory directive

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any x000 content without prior written permission.

The x000 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of x000's trademarks — including creating websites, social media profiles, or other materials that impersonate or misrepresent x000 — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

15Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x000 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from your use of the platform
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond x000's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, or actions of third-party service providers)

x000's aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
